SPECIAL NOTES
For optimal enjoyment and maximum benefit from your spa treatment, we suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you time to ease into the spa facilities without feeling rushed. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened as we must conclude your service by the designated end time to accommodate all guests' reservations.
WHAT TO WEAR.
When visiting the spa, you are free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. We will provide a robe and towels for your convenience, and we recommend bringing a bathing suit if you wish to use our jacuzzi. Rest assured that you will be properly covered during all treatments to ensure privacy. To avoid any unnecessary worries or stress, we suggest leaving your valuables in the safe in your guest room. Please note that the spa is a peaceful and calming environment, so we kindly request that you refrain from using your mobile phone, tablet, or camera while enjoying our facilities. Additionally, we recommend avoiding alcohol consumption prior to spa usage, and please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are under the influence
SERVICE SELECTION.
It's important to be in good health for all of our spa services. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, please inform our spa staff when booking your treatment so we can recommend the most suitable option for you. We have treatments specifically designed for expectant mothers, but we do recommend consulting with your physician before booking any spa service. Please note that some treatments and techniques may not be available during the first trimester.
RESERVATIONS
We recommend making reservations in advance. The spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability.
CERTIFICATES.
Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion.
CANCELATION AND CHANGE POLICY.
We kindly ask our guests to give us a minimum of six-hour notice for changes or cancelations. With less than six hours' notice, you will be charged for 50% of your treatment. For no-shows, we apply a 100% cancelation fee to your room bill.
