The Green Eye

This month's drink is called 'The Green Eye', taking its name from its color, it can be prepared at the beach and pool bars, and it is recommended to try during January.

Prepared with a base of coconut milk, skim milk and pineapple, this first part of the drink is what gives it the most consistency, is made in the blender and naturally results in a slightly thick but refreshing drink.

Of course, this drink can be accompanied by a bit of vodka or left as such, this is the preference of whoever is going to taste it.

As a second part, in the glass where you will be served the drink, put a light layer of melon liqueur (this is the recommendation for this drink), which is kept down while mixing it inside the glass
